Good luck

Undyne the Undying Fight Remake (Impossible mode) by RG00 - YouTube

The final attack starts at 16:55. It seems to have some variation so you will probably see a different one. The only one that seemed consistent was the sea of spears at 17:38.

No problem. I finally managed to beat it about two weeks ago. It is rough, especially that final attack.

Any luck in beating impossible mode?

Yes! Finally managed to beat impossible mode and recorded it. The final section of the last attack is rough. Took me about a month to beat it and I only reached the last attack four times total. Even then, I barely got passed it with one hit left. Great game.

Finally got to the final attack in impossible mode... Lets see if I can finally beat it.

It's less that I don't understand how to avoid damage and more I just find it somewhat challenging. The one that immediately comes to mind is the random spears with one of each color coming from a random direction. I often fail to spot the next one in time.

I usually get somewhat lost when all four colors are on the screen as well, but I think that's more my lack of exposure to it than anything else. All four usually don't appear until the final few attacks so it makes it a little difficult to practice.

Honestly, all of the attacks are really well balanced and defiantly avoidable. I feel like there are probably some I haven't seen yet, or at least a variation of one. I know I've only seen the 3x3 spear box once, which threw me off for a bit when it happened.

I did notice that. Most of the attacks I can handle, for the most part. There are a couple that give me problems and there are also some variations of attacks that i've only seen once or twice. It's a very challenging fight but I'm enjoying it very much

Same. I can get about halfway pretty consistently on impossible mode and within three or four hits of the final attack but never quite there. Some of the attacks just destroy me for some reason.

Finally beat normal mode. Impossible is next.....

Finally reached the last attack.... this is gonna take a while.

Yeah. I was a couple of hits away from beating her. Little worried about the last attack now but I'll get it eventually. Just have to keep trying.

Definitely a cool fight. Much harder than the original. Still trying to wrap my head around controlling two shields when the fingers do opposite things but enjoyable. Haven't beaten it yet but getting there.

I don't think so. I don't recall seeing it.

It looks like the game is going to be released on steam in about a week so the most recent update costs money to unlock.

I know. I knew something was going to happen but still made me jump.

Definitely enjoyed the game and got one really good jump out of it. Wish there was a little more to it but loved it nonetheless.

Small bug I found. She was able to push me out of the map from the corner of the storage room. I assume that she didn't attack because I was cornered but it made me unable to move out of the corner. After a couple of loops, I was pushed through the wall. Fell through the ground after walking around a little bit. (Edit2: Was able to do it again and walk to the front of the school without falling. Surprisingly, she seemed to track me the entire time, or at least most of the time.)

Edit: After playing a little while longer, I found two more. The first was that I was unable to pick up the cafeteria key after she locked me in the room. The second was that I was stuck in her stabbing animation and died a prolonged death via stabbing. (Edit2: This only seems to happen after escaping the office when getting caught. If it is intentional, I think the instant kill would be better because of how long it takes to actually kill the player. )

Her speed is also a little crazy when she is in pursuit. It is so hard to get away from her, especially when she can pretty much sit right on your back when you are running away. It seems that you need to get lucky if you want to get away from her.

I think that having an easier way to access the cameras may help with hiding, provided you can get away from her. The placement of the cameras in the previous map was fairly useful because you could use them to determine if she was around the corner. However, if you are able to see the cameras on this map, she is almost certainly able to see you. It almost makes them pointless.

The combination of the ai and the map has certainly given me a few reasons to jump and the game is coming along well. I am excited to see what will come in the future.

I think I found a bug. I was playing with the new key stealing and mercy mechanics when I encountered it. First she demanded the key at the door, which I responded by hiding in the corner of the room. She got angry and pursued me. She then demanded the key a second time after seeing that I was cornered. This time I gave it to her, however, she stayed in place with the key in her hand. After I observed her for like twenty seconds, to see if she would do anything, I tried to leave the room. She then went through with her new game in the dark where I am at now. I can rotate the camera in a circle but beyond that, nothing. There are wet footsteps that can be heard like every three seconds or so.

Thought I'd let you know. Beyond this and a few other weird behaviors with the mercy system, the update has been really good. I like all of the new additions.

Definitely like the update. I don't think she likes me though. I've died like five times in practice mode. I either get my throat slit or my neck snapped. Of course, I get cut when I push her around after she spares me. She also always seems to break my neck if she catches me while crouched. Wonder if that is on purpose. Haven't seen any of the other stuff yet, except her interaction with desks.

So as far as I can tell she doesn't actually use the cameras. She can, however, tell when you are watching her on them. If she catches you on them, she will sprint to the security room. If you don't use them, it doesn't seem to affect the player. The cameras turning green is a bit more useful in my opinion.

If you check the cameras inside and outside of the electrical room, you can figure out which locker she is in. If the camera in the room is green, she is in the left locker when entering. If it is the exterior one, she is in the right one. Sprinting in, flipping the switch, and sprinting out is usually enough to safely get away. The only problem is how often she likes to flip the breaker, at least with me.

Her speed when chasing can also be a little crazy at times. If she doesn't exit the locker at top speed then it is usually easy to get away from her.

If you don't want to do that, you can wander around the school until she leaves the room. If anything, it gives you free time to unlock the doors. She doesn't seem to talk when she is hiding in the lockers so it is usually pretty easy to tell when she is back on patrol.

I just want to say that you should probably give her shoes if she is going to be walking through the glass shards just as often, if not more often than the player. She may be crazy but I still don't think that she would be walking through the glass barefoot. Otherwise it is a pretty good update. I'm excited for what will come next.

She is so quick if you are not looking at her. Gave me more than a few scares but also feels somewhat cheap to suddenly be stabbed when she was just down the hall from you. She really likes breaking the windows on me. Overall, the game has definitely improved from early versions. She has caught me off guard on multiple occasions by hiding just around the corner.  There are definitely some smaller things that need work but with the way the game is being developed, it shouldn't be long before they are fixed.

I also want to ask if she can access the cameras from anywhere in the school. If a green camera means it is being used, then she was switching between them while I was entering the security room to get the last key. She wasn't in there but showed up afterward, nearly pinning me in.

Try hugging the wall in the main area outside one of the double doors. If you have her chasing you, close the door behind you and spam E to shut them in her face. It should work after a while. If not, you must be her favorite.

The new scares within the update got me pretty good. The game is coming along well.

The first picture you mentioned occurs when she breaks your neck. This can happen if you pick up a key in front of her after she knocks you down or if you mess with her too much. If you close a door right before she goes through it or open it in her face, she will slowly get angry. If you do it enough times, she will run you down and break your neck. Her dialogue changes from 'Stop it' to 'I'm Upset'  as she gets angrier before she finally says '...' and kills you.

I have yet to see the locker one but it wouldn't surprise me if there were a couple animations that are uncommon.

The keys can be found in the storage in the back of the classrooms. The locations and numbers for the code are randomly generated. Some of them glow yellow while others are normal. I'm not sure if they can spawn in other locations.

I feel like sliding doors would work since they wouldn't get caught on her or drag the player when opening them.  A mix of the two could also be used depending on the rooms it connects.
